Awful cheap food - nothing is good in the lunch bag, food is just awful , no information on the food- origin - ingredients etc and now offering free fruit!!!! Is it organic or just cheap sprayed by poison , minus 10, I have warned my child not to eat it, as they won’t email back ado forgot my email password, Gave the stray cat the meatballs and even she walked away from it !!!!!!! DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD EAT THIS ( i wouldn’t call it food 🤢🤢) STUFF

The overall app is good, and the service in general as well. However, my account was set up for auto-top up when the balance is low, and it appeared that the price increased by 20% and there was notification for that. Noticed accidentally six months after

Food was initially excellent when this initiative began, but the quality has gradually reduced to a point where our kids are reluctant to eat identical meals made at home. Points of contact with the company are extremely rude and dismissive, and negative online reviews (which are many) are met with distain and confrontation.

The food provided can be hit and miss, my kids, I still have to send a full lunch in as more often than not the order is wrong and if it’s correct then the quality is extremely poor, when you do find something that is edible and order it constantly then the company will remove it from the menu as nothing else is getting ordered (apparently my sons entire class were ordering the same food everyday and now it’s gone)

Hey, Just putting it out there that one of our suppliers has put hair all over our food and it’s disturbing, disgusting and revolting to say the least! Please make the app way less buggy however tis a great app that’s why I give it 5 stars!

As a family that has moved from the United States to here the quality of food that They offer is of much better quality and standard that we have experienced, we are grateful that this company cares as much for the health and nutrition of our kids as much as the environment.

It’s first week with your lunches and my boy really love it. It’s a big problem to make him eat all his plate, but he is very happy with your food.l and NEVER bring back to home food. He licked a plate 😅Thanks so much. Also I like that in menu lots of different options. Best regards. Bulgaden National School. 🩷

So, my daughter, she loves it although I’d say you should add more options, because she’s getting a bit tired of the food she orders, could you maybe add more options?? 😃

I have a child who is vegetarian and there is not many vegetarian options when it comes to sandwiches over all amazing food great options and a life saver for those work days in the mornings
