I’ve tried a bunch of healthy eating apps, but this Mediterranean one has been the easiest for me to stick with. It’s not overwhelming or filled with too many features I won’t use. Everything is just clear and straightforward. I open it each day, check the meal plan, and that’s it. No decision fatigue, no trying to figure out what’s for dinner - it’s already planned out for me. What I really appreciate is how normal the recipes are. They’re not overly complicated or full of hard-to-find ingredients. Most of the meals are made with stuff I already have in the kitchen. And honestly, I’ve discovered a few new favorites along the way. I wouldn’t say I’m a great cook, but this app makes it feel easy. The grocery list helps, too. I don’t use it all the time, but when I do, it saves me from forgetting half the ingredients at the store. The meal plan is flexible enough that I don’t feel bad if I skip a day or swap things around. I don’t track every single thing religiously, but I’ve noticed I feel better and more energized since I started following the meals. It’s helped me eat more balanced without thinking about it too much. It’s also just taken a bit of pressure off - I used to get stuck in food ruts or stress over what to cook, and now I don’t have to. I'm not sure what I really expected, but the app just tells you something different to eat at every meal and lists all the ingredients. I am not going to spend thousands at the grocery store on all these random meals. I should have looked into the app more before paying for the year subscription. Live and learn. Don't waste your money.

I started this app at the beginning of the year just to try something new and healthier. After using the free version for about a week, I decided to go ahead and subscribe to the Premium plan and I honestly haven’t looked back. The Premium version makes everything smoother. You get daily meal plans laid out for you, and every single recipe comes with step-by-step instructions. It’s super clear and easy to follow, even if you're not great in the kitchen. I don’t have to second-guess anything, and most meals are quick enough to make on a busy day. One of the best features for me is the grocery list. The app automatically builds it based on the meals in your plan. It’s organized, you can tick off what you already have, and it saves me from writing things down or forgetting items at the store. Really makes the whole week’s planning easier. Another thing I really appreciate is that you can exclude ingredients. I don’t eat shellfish, and I don’t like onions either. Once I set that in my preferences, the app stopped showing me any recipes with those ingredients. That’s such a helpful touch - it saves time and avoids frustration. The meals are delicious, and I feel good about what I’m eating. It’s all real food resh veggies, fish, healthy fats and it doesn’t feel like a diet. Just balanced, smart eating that fits into everyday life. I’ve also been using the tracking features logging meals and keeping an eye on my weight. It helps me stay accountable. I’m not trying to lose weight fast, but I’ve already noticed a few pounds come off and I feel lighter, more energized, and even my mood is better. Premium just makes it all click. The guidance, flexibility, and support are all there. It’s not overwhelming, and I never feel like I’m on my own. If you’re thinking about upgrading, I’d say it’s more than worth it especially if you want to make real changes that stick. This app has honestly made healthy eating feel easy, and for me, that’s something new.

I started using this Mediterranean diet app since Jan when I made a decision to finally take care of my health for real this time Been tryin diets on and off for years but nothing ever stuck either too hard to follow or just boring or not enough guidance but this one feels different in a good way Every day I get a meal plan already made with breakfast lunch dinner and even snacks and I don’t have to think what to cook or eat it’s all there and it tells me the calories protein carbs and all that so I actually know what I’m eating which helps a lot The food is actually tasty too not that bland diet food I used to hate it’s like real Mediterranean meals with veggies fish olive oil and stuff I actually enjoy and it’s simple enough to cook even when I’m tired after work If there’s something I don’t feel like eating that day I just swap it for another one from the catalog and it gives me a new idea right away I love that part cause I like some variety and don’t wanna eat the same stuff every week I also started tracking my meals and my weight inside the app and that really keeps me on track I’ve already lost a few pounds since January and more than that I feel better more energy better digestion and even sleepin better It doesn’t feel like I’m dieting it just feels like I’m finally eating how I should have been all along clean simple healthy and balanced The app makes it easy to stay on it no pressure no guilt if you miss a day it just helps you get back in the flow If you’re someone like me who wanted to eat better and live healthier without a bunch of rules and stress this app is def worth a try New year really did mean a new life for me and this app has been a big part of that

The app kicked me out after 3 months and I am out $40. Says my email was deleted. Emails for help go answered. Buyer beware.
