I spoken to ato, and was advised that I should able to submit jobkeeper tier option via STP program that I am currently. But I just Couldn’t find any option for jobkeeper extension . Please advise.

I have had this app for 11 months... was working fine but now nothing works! I type in pay day then pay period and employee but can’t add amount! What happened

The 5 stars I would have given to the app dropped to 1 after clearly they had bugs The STP and ATO show different values for last FY and for this FY it shows ZERO despite a pay run made - and the ATO shows total of last FY plus that pay (for YTD) What’s worse is that there’s no phone support for the app which is completely stupid. I would rather move to another app and pay than have this paid app to be able to get support. I hope the developers will contact me back in a gesture of goodwill in solving their obvious bugs I’ve spent 2 hours on the phone with ATO last week and today and they’re clueless about why this is happening. One star and five thumbs DOWN The data I see in ATO and myGov is markedly different with what the app shows. How did this get certified in the first instance - I will Never know

This app has serious issues with adding up numbers - as in, employee pays don’t add up correctly. This from a company claiming to be book keeping specialists! It also has limited customer support. There is only an online community forum. If you have a problem you can’t call or email anyone directly. I would recommend going with another STP provider.

I have used this app without issue for the 2019/20 year but when finalizing year all employees totals are wrong & despite following all the instructions continue to be incorrect! Spoken to ATO 5 times & they can’t believe Reckon won’t help!!! No assistance & incredibly frustrating- will have to pay my accountant to get to the bottom of this! Absolute rubbish!!!

2019-2020 EOFy summary is added from Jun 2019. Please sort it out and send it to ATO.

EOFY totals completely out- by $12k! Employee only for this financial year so no way that it backed up from previous financial year. How do you fix that? No support to do it.
