You can set the number of repetitions as well as the squeeze and relax time.

- This is the biggest update yet - as you can see we have a brand new user interface, giving the app a more professional look.
- Another improvement is the ability to add up to ten reminders.
- And finally, you can now synchronise workout data between iPhone and Apple Watch.
