So here is the truth. Been working for a week I would say.Then suddenly today it’s not working. What do I mean by not working? The sound coming from the NAM XT going to my audio interface via usb c is outputting only dry signal??Unprocessed guitar signal. Checked the settings and audio input/output is okay. Levels are okay in the NAM XT and in the audio interface. Restart the iphone and still not working. Deleted and reinstalled the NAM XT and still not working. Ohhh maybe my audio interface is not working, so I plug it in my pc and and open Neural Amp Modeler Standalone, load up an amp head and IR and its working. Tried other Amp Sim plugins in my DAW and it’s working. Now back to plugging it in my iphone 15 and opening up NAM XT and still not working, only dry signal. Levels good, inputs are good, used 5 different usb c cables and still not working. I’m out of refunds for this after many days. So what do you think Artera Dsp? Why is it not working.

NAM XT is an incredible app for loading NAM models and IRs right on iOS. The interface is clean, easy to use, and the sound quality is top-notch. It’s one of the best amp modeling apps available on mobile. The only thing missing to make it truly perfect would be the addition of built-in FX like reverb and delay, similar to what’s offered in GigFast Lite. That would make it even more convenient to jam without needing extra apps or a DAW. Still, huge thanks to the devs — the app is already super powerful! 🙏🎸

The sound, features & CPU usage are excellent in iOS! The one improvement I’d like to see is: bypass switches for loaders A&B, those being MIDI automate-able, too! :-)

I’d searched before but had no luck finding an IR loader for iPad. I found one, not this, which wasn’t very good. Not sure why this didn’t show up. Anyway, I want IR’s to muffle the sound of my piezo acoustic pickup and make it sound more natural. This does exactly that and is rock solid when loaded up and set. I’m super happy. My only suggestion to the developer would be to load up some presets so users can dive in straight after loading the app. I had to go and download some as I didn’t have any IR or NAM files around, but found some on tonehunt, loaded them up and I was off. Given this is an AUV3 you can load it up in Logic, or Loopy Pro etc, and run that into any effects you want. As I say, I just wanted a more natural sound before further processing and this does just that. Honestly super happy, well deserved 5 stars. One final bit of feedback for the developer, it would be great if we could copy presets. That way I could duplicate to a new preset then continue modifying as needed. Also, and again not critical, it crashed when I was changing the name of the preset whilst my DAW (Loopy) was playing. Obvious solution is to not have it playing whilst changing names but just wanted to give you a heads up should that be an easy fix.

Fixed ir loader level knob not working when there is no IR loaded. Added 'Sum' toggle button for summing the stereo signal into mono and reducing the overall cpu usage on stereo mode. Fixed the 'Select IR' popup crash when selecting user IR files. Fixed the sample rate selection issue in iOS 18.
