Don’t work for these guys. You’ll book a route in advance, only for the wage you thought you were gonna get to drop significantly on the morning of the route, after the allowed cancellation period. It’s such predatory practice and this firm needs to shut down for its exploitation of drivers.

I’m reaching out to report an ongoing issue with the Relay Copilot app. The app technically runs, but it doesn’t display any available shifts on my side — even though other users can see and book them normally. This issue has happened before for others and was resolved, but in my case it has been ongoing for weeks with no improvement. I’ve contacted support multiple times: no response to emails, and on chat I keep being told that “everything is fine,” which is simply not accurate. The problem is clearly account-specific, not user error. While I’m fully capable of managing my schedule in other ways, the app is expected to function consistently. At the moment, it doesn’t, and that makes the tool unreliable. I would appreciate a proper investigation and a concrete update on when this account-level issue will be fixed, rather than generic replies.

Rates go down to approx £15 p/h after two weeks if you’re lucky. Obviously they know you won’t cancel as the rate isn’t set the night before so they drop the rates the same day making sure they can get slave labour from you. They won’t get far treating people like this as everyone leaves after the initial 2 weeks. Take my advice,Amazon Flex is way better and more lucrative. Today I have a 2hr job with 34 drops for less than £27!!!!!!!!!!. The navigation is abysmal aswell.constantly takes you to the back of the houses on a different road or an inaccessible piece of road blocked by bollards.

Absolute rubbish you go to verify your email address with the code that they send you but it takes that long to arrive by the time you enter it it says invalid app is now deleted

At the start of 14 days they pay fair but after that they increase the parcels and decrease the rate.

Pitstops right near your house and deliver close by. Bit like flex but without the faff of going to a depot or not knowing where you’re delivering to

Never updates your location have to switch to other apps back n forth to find the address. Pretty annoying & useless

The app is simply terrible! It stops all time and make your routes delay and in the end the courier is the guilty one

Paying a less than 1£ per delivery and what about our vehicles and after 4£ insurance its really a 6-7£ per hour job after all that hardwork. Really rubbish.
