The app hardly has any features you would expect nowadays. Where is geo fencing? Where is a fluid UX for making programs? Cancel a custom temperature change for a room not possible. Please look at apps like Tado and improve.

Desperately in need of a decent upgrade. It’s now almost unusable. Forever having to login, just tried to reset schedules and it refuses to accept some of the changes. The physical system is really good but this appalling app is a joke.

De app kan best veel regelen. Toch missen er functies. Zo is het niet mogelijk om een ingesteld schema voor een bepaalde dag al dan niet wekelijks te herhalen. Dus werk ik volgende week op een bepaalde dag niet thuis, maar deze week wel, dan moet ik achteraf handmatig het schema uitzetten/verwijderen. Niet handig.

The app has been left to rot by Honeywell or whoever. Strange for one of their flagship products - Evohome. It’s just junk and recent reviews confirm this. It doesn’t work a lot of times. So much wasted screen, you can see it on the first sample pic - why not compress it so more info shows on the screen? Font can stay the same so it’ll still be just as readable. Still stuck at 12 zones. It’s difficult to set the temp as it isn’t a simple click wheel, your thumb (or whichever digit) has to make an un-natural slide up and down the screen. Eh? What for???? No signal showing what the valves are doing - you can find it in a hidden menu on the main controller so the info is available but not on the app. Strange given the acres of wasted screen space available! You can’t control a single rad for a short time period - i.e a quick action to turn on one zone on for 30 / 60 mins at a given temp. You can do it through the app the long-winded way. You can’t turn on the whole house to bring it to a given temp i.e. set whole house to 20C until 8pm. You can’t turn the system on for say an hour, then have it go back to sleep automatically - you have to remember to turn it off again manually. Just rotting away with no investment to make use of the incredible system EvoHome is. Or could be. They have really let the buyers of their flagship system down. So much they could do, but so little they’ve done. 28/10/25 Update Nothing’s changed. Honeywell have done diddly squat to improve this dated pile of junk. Nada for over a year. Evohome itself is brilliant however the app has been left to rot at the roadside with little sign of anything improving on the horizon.
