Home workout routines is an app, which is completely for free and which will help you to stay fit thanks to a home workout plan.
In this app you will find a variety of home exercises divided into different categories, in which we will explain you exercises with workout videos and explanatory texts, so that you can easily do exercise at home.

- In addition to the individual exercises we have created some workout routines you can do at home, consisting of different types of full body workouts to improve your workout plans at home.

- We have also created a section with different tips aiming to help you to do your workout at home.
- For some at home workouts you might need some kind of equipment to be able to do them, like exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells or even elastic rubber balls.
How to use the app Home workout routines:
If you are looking for exercises to lose weight at home, you have come to the right place, since using this app is really easy:
1.- Once you have downloaded the app, open it and you can directly access the main menu. In the main menu you will find the following sections: Exercises, sessions, tips, my records and settings.
2.- In the exercises section you will find individual exercises categorized by different types. For example, if you are looking for abs workouts at home, you will have to go to the strengthening section and abdominal area. Welcome to your own virtual gym with your personal trainer.
3.- The sessions are groups of aerobic exercises (workouts for women and workout routines for men) to be done at any given time one after another, with the aim to strengthen different parts of your body.
4.- In the tips section you will find different tricks and recommendations for your warm-up exercises, how to stay fit and lose weight, etc.
5.- In the section of your records you can monitor all the exercises you have done every day, so that you have control of the home workouts you have done and you can beat yourself from day to day.
6.- Last but not least, there is the settings section where you can set notifications and reminders so that the app can notify you when to do your home workouts.
