Student here. I couldn’t get the interview to work on my laptop so I was told to download the app, but I even access my assignment through the app. Please fix the glitches, this app cannot function.

After the interview it must upload all your responses, you cannot close or leave the app during this time. It took exactly one hour and 7 minutes for 20 questions. This is because it would get stuck and upload the same question sometimes 50 times over going from 0%, loading to 100% and then staying on the same upload. I would not ever use this app again and am informing my teachers and school that this is horrible for any type of work.

Don’t waste your time downloading as once you take all the time complete the interviews they will never actually upload.

I’ve been stuck on this app for over 20 minutes waiting for my interview videos to submit, where it cannot even submit one without going back to 1% multiple times. As a result, I am unable to submit an assignment because I do not have a WebCam on my computer, and my phone will not work due to the lack of functionality in this mobile app. Horrendous

This app hasn’t been updated in at least a year from the time of this review, they don’t even care anymore, the interview question videos won’t even play and this app is obviously WAY behind in terms of development, really does tell you a lot about the quality of the company and the services they provide.

The app continually didn’t allow me to conduct an interview and when it did would not save my responses. As well as failing to upload any content I had made. Very disappointed in this app.

This app is awful; it simply does not work, the questions will not auto play, instead you have to open and close the app to get the video to play. When you do get to your response however, it does not display what is being output by the camera so there is no way to check your framing. However, if you trudge through all of that crap, the upload video function does not work. This program is poorly made and the service is a waste of money.
