-Existing clients who just enrolled their accounts to RCBC Digital and registered additional devices, can enjoy full access to RCBC Digital after a 24-hour validation process. Clients can still access RCBC Digital through their existing registered devices.
-Fund transfer will be suspended temporarily for accounts with suspicious transactions.
