With Temperature Log Book you can keep temperature records (logs) of any type of equipment (kitchen, research study, etc), food or premises.
TLB assists with the requirement for a documented food safety management system based on the principle of HACCP*. TLB will enable you to record temperatures in Celcius or Fahrenheit each day without extra paperwork. Just add items to your journal and complete the journal by noting the time and temperature.
You can generate and export (email, Dropbox, send via messengers) your Temperature Log Book report into a PDF or CSV file for any chosen period.
*Food should be stored and prepared at the correct temperature to minimise the risk of bacteria multiplying on food. The Food Hygiene Regulations (2006) require that cold food should be stored below 8°C and hot food above 63°C. Enforcement authorities recommend that cold food is stored at temperatures of 5°C or below. Frozen food should be stored below -18 °C.

Both basic and premium admin account holders can now add employees to their account. Your employee can only make temperature records of your equipment. The number of employees is not limited.
Admin(employer) account functionality:

* Delete employees from your list to cut access to your journal.
* Generate temperature reports.
* Export a temperature report into a PDF or CSV file.
