Although ROGERS is somewhat reliable. I find that the ROGERS home monitoring system is horrible. Half of the time the camera doesn’t even work. And when all my windows and doors are closed, it still says that there’s one window or door opened. I would never recommend ROGERS home monitoring to anybody. It’s got to be the worst security system in Ontario. It’s horrible.

Had system from Rogers for a few years now. OK to tell when an alarmed door is opened but that’s about all. Very unstable app - always just a blank screen. So it’s a pain to turn on/off with the app. Looking for an alternative.

Mar5/25: Well, it’s been about five years now with the same sign in/sign out problem, it seems pretty clear, they’re not really interested in fixing it. Mar27/24: To date the random sign out problem is still happening. Despite using the app only a few hours prior, you are randomly signed out. I could understand if one did not use the app for a period of days, that could make sense but after such a short time, rubbish. June11/22: Still no fix with the frequent failure to sign in issues, once or twice a week still & always at the most inconvenient times, of course. June27/20: No changes on the unexplained frequent signing in issues (failure of Face ID/pin) from the recent few updates. Thankfully, it continues to be the only inconvenience that I’ve come across. Apr26/20: My Pin/Face ID, it frequently fails & I’m resigned to enter the full Email & password again, despite using it daily or multiple times daily, in turn defeating the Convenience of the app.

I have been unable to access my home monitoring to turn on or off my alarm. I have made 3 phone calls and wasted over an hour each time waiting for Rogers to answer my call. I have been passed from tech support to tech support each saying It is not my home issue it is a Rogers issue and someone will call you back and have my issue resolved. Nobody calls back, the issue is not fixed and it has been 4 weeks. Signed, A very dissatisfied customer.

Unbelievably horrible. Have to log in with my information everytime I open the app. Lags. Disconnects. App is basic at best for features. An absolute fail.

It’s infuriating how you need to put in your username and password every time you switch to the app. After 1 minute I’m being logged out. And there’s no login with Face ID. Terrible.
