A Simple Ad-Free Piano-like Musical Keyboard. Easy to Play, Good Response and Small Application Size. Just Enjoy the Instrument. "Modoki" is a Japanese word that refers to something similar, an imitation, or a mock version of the original. - You can scale key size. - The keyboard can be double rows. - You can flip the second keyboard. - It has a metronome. - You can adjust the frequency of the reference pitch. - You can transpose keys. - It can sound in a just intonation. The app doesn't use sampled real sounds but use FM synthesis. It sounds like piano though it's artificial. Supported temperament: Equal temperament, Just Intonation, Werckmeister III, Kirnberger III. You can connect External and Virtual MIDI devices. Some DAW can import this app's sound via Inter-App Audio. Two sounds, FM Piano-like and FM E.Piano are included by default. "Piano Modoki" can load KQ Dixie's current patch. This app and its description contain machine-translated text.}

オクターブ変更が簡単でわかりやすい。 しかも2段になって電子オルガンみたいに弾ける! 音色、2つだけでもいいのでもっとピアノっぽいといいな。

It sounds sooo good. If you have KDixie- you can use those FM presets and get more synth sounds- but the actual piano sound in Modoki is top notch stuff. Again, try it with Piano Motifs or any of your favorite piano midi files/generators. It's a gem. Wish it were AUv3, but you don't really need it as the Inter -App audio (single instance) will suffice for most needs.

Why ad-free? Perhaps because he sells elaborate apps (so he’s no amateur in both music and coding), this app works as the entry for his portfolio. Modoki means alike (what a humble app name!). This is a donation to the economically challenged as well. God bless him and the world. Please download and help bring Piano Modoki up on the visibility list.

めちゃくちゃ使いやすくてありがたいのですが、有料でもいいので録音機能があると嬉しいです 録音機能のある別のピアノアプリと二刀流で使っているので、操作性の面からこちらに乗り換えたいです

I really enjoy using Piano Modoki on iOS - it's a very intuitive and comfortable way to play. I'm trying to use it together with StreamByter to apply some MIDI processing before the signal reaches my synth (e.g. Pianoteq). With other apps like midiWrench(or midi keys - midi controller), this works perfectly - they appear as MIDI sources in StreamByter and can be routed accordingly. Unfortunately, Piano Modoki doesn't seem to show up as a MIDI input in StreamByter or similar apps, which makes it difficult to integrate into my setup. Would it be possible to enable MIDI output from Piano Modoki to virtual MIDI ports or allow it to be seen as a CoreMIDI source? That would greatly expand its usefulness for anyone using routing or processing tools on iOS. Thank you for your great work! Update: Thank you so much! It works now!🙂

Yes i can, but it only allows me to join plugins like pianoteq, but not streambyter, while other similar apps like midikeys can easily connect to streambyter. Thanks for your support.

Hello, Thank you for your work on the virtual MIDI keyboard app – it’s a very helpful tool! I have a few suggestions that could help improve the user experience: 1.Option to Hide the Sliders Above Each Keyboard Row It would be great to have an option to fully hide the horizontal sliders above each keyboard row. This would maximize the visible size of the keys, which is especially useful when playing on smaller screens. 2.Sustain Pedal Visibility When the sliders are hidden, it would be ideal if the sustain pedal (currently shown on both sides) remains visible and usable. 3.Option to Remove the Second Pedal Button It would also be useful to have a setting to disable or remove one of the two sustain buttons (left or right), depending on user preference. This could help declutter the interface. If you need an example app to better understand what I'm talking about, you can check out the "Piano for You". Thank you ❤️

Truly the best balance of simplicity and capability. My friend recommended it after he saw me using one that was filled with ads, and I strive to do the same for my friends as well. I’ll continue to recommend this absolute gem!
