This app is a good guided breathing app with a lot of options. I really enjoy the different music options that goes along with the exercise. I wish there was an option to have unlimited time in a session however, I would have liked to leave the music playing at night to help me sleep and the 1 hour time limit isn't enough.

I found the visual background and sound very relaxing. Kept my mind focused on my breathing and meditation!!! My goal is to meditate daily and this app makes it very enjoyable. Thank you!!

I found this app a couple of years ago looking for breathing exercises for asthma, as slow breathing techniques help to relax the airways. I quickly found, in addition to this, that the relaxation helped in a variety of stressful situations as well. I like that the sound settings can be customised, balancing the tunes with the nature sounds in a way that suits you. I don’t usually buy apps (I usually stick to the free versions), but I bought the full version because I honestly feel it was worth the money.

I absolutely love the free version. One of the best shorter meditations I’ve done - works every time. Unfortunately though, the only difference between the free 8 min mediation and paid for 13 min meditation is unimportant distracting speaking/noise. My purchase was a waste of $3.99.

I love this, it helps calm me down and fall asleep. I just wish there were more meditations and such. More options maybe. But other than that, I love it! ❤️❤️ thank you for this, it helps.

I’ve never tried something like this before and was put onto it by my physio to improve my breathing technique. It works, but even better was the feeling of relaxation and calm after using it. I really like it!

Just wish we can do a looping feature. I’d like to have it longer than 60 minutes sometimes to maintain my calm during anxiety.

I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through the last 2 years if I didn’t have Relax Lite help me calm down in the span of only 5 minutes.
