I can’t download payslip or even view it in a normal payslip format. I go on safari to view normal payslip format but I still can’t download. I don’t know how this is acceptable. The worst app to be quite honest. Can’t even provide basic service. There is a review from 2 years ago that describes my exact issue which shows that this app has been useless for some years and has no intentions to be better

Couldn’t log in and can’t reset password as need to contact administrator. No confidence

Once again cannot log in to view payslips. Always have to delete the app and start again. Reinstalling the app is an absolute ball ache. I have told my employer and it is nothing to do with them. Will not bother in future. Total waste of time.

It’s prompting me to type a password even though I never set one up in the first place and it says it’s wrong even though I only ever pic between like 4 different passwords and they’re all wrong. I’ve requested a password reset email but it’s not sending anything. I just wanna see my payslip. Literally such a dumbass convoluted system

Works okay but need to be able to view shifts available . As I can already view what and when colleagues are off it would not seem a huge leap to view what shifts are available. As it is I can pick up no overtime . This is a problem

You can’t view your payslips in full ! You have to move around the screen and THEY DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Not been able to access my payslip or log in keeps saying will send me a 6 digit code for 2 step authentication. 2 days later still no joy and not one email , must have tried 50 times, even reset password word receive email link for that no problem uninstalled and reinstalled still no joy. Chat help is no good speaking to a chat bot who hasn’t a clue.

So frustrating.. don’t try uploading photos in the documents /expenses section, you can’t name a file and all uploads change to the current date so you have no way of finding what you’ve uploaded. As an employee using this app is horrible
