Measuring method
Actually make the vehicle full throttle and calculate power and torque from GPS location information
Adaptation condition
· Manual gearbox or Automatic gearbox that can lock up
(No slip between engine and tire)
· It is possible to input the vehicle information necessary for the measurement to be described later

· Cd (Constant Drag) * Selectable from preset
· Frontal area * Selectable from preset
· Vehicle Weight (stated in the vehicle specification table)
· Loading weight (weight of driver, passenger and cargo)
· Diameter of drive wheel * Calculated automatically from tire size
· RRC(Rolling resistance coefficient) * Selectable from preset
· Transmission Gear ratio of gear used for measurement (measurement with gear closer to 1.0 is recommended)
· Differential gear Ratio

Notes
A large error may occur in the measurement result unless the following conditions are satisfied during measurement
· The road surface is flat and there is no gradient
· No strong wind is blowing
· Fix the device (iPhone, iPad) to the vehicle
· Good reception of GPS (not possible inside tunnel)
· Do not shift from the measurement gear (lock up the gear and do not kick down)
Other
· The GPS measurement interval is about 1 second according to the specification of the device. Measurement results become rough in vehicles where acceleration is too fast. In that case, please measure with a higher gear.
