The Philips HearLink app is compatible with all Philips HearLink wireless hearing aids. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers. With the Philips HearLink app you can easily and discreetly control your wireless Philips HearLink hearing aids. The mobile device becomes your remote control for changing listening programs, adjusting the volume, muting your hearing aids and activating streaming options. Here are some other helpful app functionalities: - Select from which of your TV-Adapters you want to stream the signal to your hearing aids. - Streaming of the microphone signal of the phone to the hearing aids. - Check your hearing aid battery level or the connection status from your mobile device to your hearing aids. - With the "Find my hearing aids" function, you can track the location of your hearing aids. - Connect your hearing aids to other devices and web services via IFTTT. - Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Philips HearLink Bluetooth hearing aids except Philips HearLink 2000 and 3000. App will rarely connect to hearing aids and when it does often only right. I have tried the re-pair instructions like turn off/on BT, turn off/on aids, disconnect other BT devices, restart iPhone etc None of those reliably help. I even left my iwatch home this evening but still only R would connect when in a restaurant. To release an app that is incompatible with other Apple BT device is unbelievable. A 2.4 overall rating is much higher than it should be.

I thought the Oticon app was bad until I bought the Phillips hearing aids and have to deal with this crappy app. Seriously, this is NOT ACCEPTABLE

This app is terrible, I’m sorry I deleted the original. It disconnects from my hearing aids, takes forever to reconnect. I had to delete it and reload because it dropped the pairing and had to go through that again. Very disappointing

I’ve enjoyed having this app as it provides dual purpose. I use it as ear pod for calls and adjusting or changing my hearing aid options. Yesterday, they weren’t paired with phone (Same phone) so I tried to pair them and haven’t been able to ever since. I’ve tried everything they recommend. I even deleted the app and downloaded again. So frustrating and now I see others have had the same issue.

The app consistently drops one or both of the hearing aids. The only way to get everybody back on track is to restart the app. In reading reviews, the developer response frequently is “contact us we have workarounds.” Marc, if you have workarounds, why don’t you share them with everyone by adding them to your description of the app? That would save a great deal of frustration if the workarounds actually work.

Sorry to say but I am very frustrated with Phillips hearing aids I purchased in Costco The 100 % fully charged unit works maximum as 5 hours I had very unpleasant and embarrassing episodes since I made the purchase back in December 23, 2022 The unit after sitting in charger whole night become unused in a few hours, instead of 22 hours After experiencing many bad experiences and numerous visits to Costco the hearing department offered to exchange the unit for another one They took my purchase back , gave me a temporary replacement which has battery instead of charger and told me to come back in two weeks The replacement unit worked well, I was informed on my phone when batteries need to be changed and everything else was normal. On Wednesday , February 8 I came to my appointment to get the new device instead of temporaries I was a little surprised when instead of factory packed unit I got only case with charger, no little box for carrying the hearing aids and book I asked where are the rest of the full package? Because I returned everything including the carton box and the instruction book I was brought absolutely different type of carrying box and no tools to clean the hearing aids I politely told that it’s not the box I had before They brought me that kind I had before, but without cleaning cloth and other little part for cleaning I asked if Phillips send the new device or refurbished and I been told it’s absolutely new But why it’s not packed like the new one , I been told this is how they received . It was 12:30 Pm when the unit after all adjustments was placed on my ears and I left Less than in 5 hours I heard loud signals in my ears and aids stop working My assumption was the aids wasn’t fully charged and I placed it to charger for long hours Next day In the morning around 10 Am. I wear unit and rushed to my appointment Unit worked well all day and when I came back home around 6 pm I put it back to change Today around 10Am, I wear aids back again and didn’t had any problem But in less than four hours I hear loud signal in my right ear and found out that my right one is disconnected , the left one shows 74% of power left What ever I tried to do to connect the right one, I could not sussed During the fixing the right ear device, the left stopped working too, I tried to fix both like Costco department teaches me, the green lite stayed only one second and turned off I placed them back to charge, the light was yellow, in a few hours it turned to green and I placed them on my years, but unfortunately they wasn’t connected I am one month from turning 80 years old and crossing whole San Francisco City to reach Costco it’s not easy for me I am very tired and feel bad fighting the problem with aids I purchased . I am going to return them back unfortunately because they are not sufficient to use. Beside the technical problems it’s also very inconvenient to wear It’s not designed for woman needs it all Woman has longer hair than men and wear something behind the ears get problematic And keep in mind that elderly need to wear glasses as well, plus still require for protection mask A few times I am almost lost device , it’s fell down from my ear Hearing department sold me something to connect my both features with string and clip to my close It’s better protection for not loosing device, but create worse inconvenient and unit gets snapped from my ears as soon as I accidentally touched the string I hear that Phillips has a new model which only going inside the ears, but the price is very high like $ 1200 more than I paid and it’s impossible to get for trial for week or too to see how it’s working and suitable. It’s my first experience with heating aids and unfortunately unsuccessful Thanks for reading Bella

Been a customer for couple of years. Every IOS update, app goes wonky. Your last update yr ago not good enough. Frustrating! App will not pair properly with Phillips 9010. Sporadic functions operable through settings, but not full suite. Pairing is w/iPhone SE 2nd gen. App loads , but remote functions unavailable. My workaround is the widget in control center, adequate but imprecise. Have done multiple app and system reiniatations.

I find the noise from my hair brushing against the speakers distracting. Also, the ear pieces irritate the insides of my ears. What do you recommend?
