Every time I close out of the app it literally signs me out and I need to put in the 3 logins all over again just for it to sign me out the second I open another app like PLEASE keep me signed in, I even click keep signed it I don’t get it.

All ways telling me my child is away when I know for sure they are there get a message before school has even started needs to be fixed so parents don’t panic

I am a student and I have to sign in 4 times for it to work. My email my username and password then my email again then my username and password again. It had a n option to keep me signed in but it doesn’t work. If I am in a rush to see my classes this is useless.

App has so much potential, but nothing adds to the anxiety of going back to school like not being able to access the application and make sure everything is up to date. After resetting my password I told I was locked - I was not, just from this app. Happy to adjust review after this is amended.

so i’m not a parent but i want you to know the students perspective, what everyone is saying is very much true. THIS DAMN APP MAKES ME SIGN IN 5 BILLION DAMN TIMES. look mate, i just want to know what class i have next. and this is prolly a school issue but i want my timetable. #compassiswayyybetter

New to a school and this app and even though I put in my child’s access code and it said she had been added, it never showed in the app, despite refreshing and even reinstalling the app. I put in feedback to get some help and no one followed it up. If I was a school, I wouldn’t go with this app as it seems they haven’t ironed out the bugs and online support is minimal.

I’m a student and I find that having to log in 3 seperate times (two of which are the same) extremely annoying. The worst part for me however, is not being able to export my timetable to iCal. I used to be able to do it via my Dad’s phone which I also found strange but now neither of us can download it and it just goes to the code for the file. Its super annoying and frustrating when I want to have my timetable on my phone and see my classes before the start of the year. Additionally, as seen in other comments, the banner at the top that tells you to download the app when it’s already been downloaded? Super annoying. I also just want to mention the fact that the set up on a parent’s phone vs a student’s phone is different. This means that before the app became harder to use in recent times, my Dad was able to stay logged into both my account and my brother’s but I couldn’t? Can the developers please fix these issues, it would make the app so much easier to use and a lot better.

Users were unable to open Google Forms directly from document links. Users were unable to open PDF documents from hyperlinks. Some feed items were missing when users tried to scroll through newsfeeds. Technical and performance improvements.
