To do a Kegel, simply squeeze the muscles in your pelvic floor as if you were trying to stop the flow of urine. Hold the contraction for a few seconds, then relax. You can do this several times in a row, and you can gradually increase the number of repetitions and the length of each contraction over time.
Kegel Training is a safe and effective way to improve your pelvic floor health. If you're not sure how to do Kegels correctly, you can talk to your doctor or a physical therapist.
