I was a customer of Shaw and ever since Roger took over. I absolutely hate the service I get. I hate the customer service on the phone. I hate the new boxes they’ve sent me and I will be going to Telus as soon as this contract is over do yourself a favour and call a different provider. Do not go to Rogers.

When we subscribe to Roger’s/Shaw. I was promised a lot of extra channels and that I can have it on every room for the same price but I’m paying the same price when I was with bell MTS and not get to have cable on every room and channels that was told to me turns out you’ll have to pay for. Which was misleading and you’re under contract for 2 years. I can wait to find a different provider.

I tried for 20 minutes to find an interactive chat so I could ask a question about the poor TV service. No luck. Just FAQ type pages that didn’t address my concerns.

Does anybody test any of the supposed features in this app? I continually get ‘invalid token’ error messages. Any attempt to navigate screens pops up ‘ShawSelfServe’ gibberish. Probably one of the worst apps I’ve ever used!

This app used to be super handy I could log in easily and pay my bill every month. Now trying to log in is a pain, almost enough that I want to drop using Rogers as a provider. I think the app developers need to see how the real world uses password managers. I’m ok with 2FA but at least make it so I can click the button to get a code, and give me a place to enter it. Maybe look at how google authentication works from a programming perspective.

Doesn’t let you pay your bill doesnt let you change anything the links never work. I’ve deleted and downloaded many time in hopes some thing would work but it just doesn’t
