Wir wollten im Urlaub zwei Roller für eine kurze Fahrt von 20 Minuten ausleihen. Bei der Registrierung in der App musste ich erstmal 6 Euro pauschal „aufladen“. Der erste Roller ging nicht, wodurch ich die Fahrt wieder beenden und den nächsten nehmen musste. Hat gleich mal umsonst Geld gekostet. Am Ziel angekommen konnten wir die Roller nicht an der Station abgeben, die App hat gestreikt und zeigte immer nur das kreisende Symbol an. Wir probierten dann noch die nächste Station aber da ging sie App dann komplett nicht mehr an und zeigte nur den Startbildschirm. Zum Glück war ein Händler vor Ort, der durch telefonische Order unsere Roller zum Glück ausbuchen lassen konnte. Insgesamt wurden nun für die eigentlich 20 Minuten fahrt von zwei Rollern 24,50 Euro vom Konto abgebucht. Teurer Spaß, heim sind wir dann auch notgedrungen gelaufen. Denn ich konnte dem Rat des Händlers, die App für die Heimfahrt einfach neu zu installieren, nicht nachkommen, da das Handy ab dem Zeitpunkt der Rückgabeversuche der Roller nicht mehr richtig funktioniert hat und nicht mehr ins Internet gekommen ist. Erst nach x-maligen Neustarts ist das Handy nun wieder funktionstüchtig (bisher nie Probleme mit dem Handy gehabt).

Siamo partiti dal luna park per arrivare nel nostro hotel e scoprire che lo per finire la corsa alla nostra zona non era accettata… Quindi abbiamo dovuto allungare la corsa fino a 1 km in più per riporlo. Non penso sia molto sensato

Almost every cycle have technical issue, almost all Of them have brakes problem. You pay fo nothing, already 3-5 times you reserve cycle come to it and understand that accelerator didnt work , cycles didnt ride after pause ( its seems like more system problem). Company didnt give you money back if cycle is broken, you have just stop it in application and pay almost 2 euro just for staying. Horrible service.

Dopo una lunga passeggiata al mare mi è venuto un mal di schiena tale da non riuscire a fare un passo oltre. Ho adocchiato i loro monopattini, scaricato l’app, e sono riuscita a tornare “alla base” da sola, senza dover costringere la persona che era con me ad andare a prendere la macchina e poi recuperarmi. Unico neo il monopattino del mio amico (pari carica) si è scaricato anzitempo lasciandolo a piedi: ho scritto all’assistenza e in meno di dieci minuti mi hanno rimborsato la sua corsa, senza problemi. Davvero ottimo servizio clienti! Bravi.

funktioniert echt schlecht und man kann das restliche guthaben nicht mehr auszahlen lassen, sehr schlecht

Lo uso spesso per fare la tratta stazione/ospedale a Pordenone. 1 monopattino su due constantemente non funziona. Oggi ne ho presi 3 e ho dovuto prendere un taxi perché non funzionanti.

Funktioniert sehr gut, ist aber schon sportlich teuer. 1 Stunde ca. 10 Euro

App bucht ohne Info auf der Kreditkarte nach. Das merkt man erst beim Ende der Fahrt. 1:40 kosten 16 Euro. Abzocke.
