Otayori Pocket is an application that allows you to organize handouts distributed by various means in one place. Hand-delivered handouts can be scanned or captured with a camera, while handouts distributed via communication apps can be saved and used in the Otayori Pocket.
Even if brothers and sisters attend different schools or preschools and distribute handouts in different ways, they can be grouped together in the Otayori Pocket for easy management.
■Handouts distributed by hand
Handouts that are handed out can be scanned and photographed with a camera and registered.
You can also register photos that have already been taken.
■Handouts distributed via contact apps, etc.
Handouts distributed through contact applications, etc., will be used by saving the data (PDF and images) in the Otayori Pocket.
*The data formats that can be saved are PDF, JPEG, and PNG.
*To save data to Otayori Pocket, use the sharing function of the standard application. (The sharing function of some apps is also supported.)
■View your messages comfortably while on the go
Registered handouts are stored in the device itself as Otayori data, reducing the loading time and making it a fraction of the time it takes to display them.
Even in areas with poor reception, you can rest assured that the Otayori data will be displayed immediately.
■Register members
To register a family member or child, all you need to do is enter their name and select a color.
The name can be a nickname or something similar, so there is no need to enter any personal information.
■Tags
By tagging the handouts with relevant tags, the search function can easily find the handouts.
■Sharing of handouts
Handouts registered in Otayori Pocket can be shared using a messaging application or AirDrop.
You can also send the handouts to your friends who have lost them.
*Only PDFs and images can be shared.
■About Data
- All data is stored in the device (iPhone) itself, which helps to protect your privacy.
- The data stored in the device itself will be backed up together with the device when it is backed up. (If you are backing up to iCloud, you need to make this app a target for backup in the Settings app.)
- In order not to overwhelm the storage capacity of the device itself, the function of automatic deletion of overdue Otayori data is provided. (The period of time between the expiration date and the automatic deletion can be set.)

By attaching a star to a handout, you can make sure that the Otayori data will not be automatically deleted.
- Notes
The Otayori data comes with a memo function that allows you to record notes about the handout.
- Auxiliary arrow
Auxiliary arrow is displayed on the scan camera screen to prevent shooting mistakes regarding the shooting direction.
