Even with the latest update, it fails to open with a constant “try again” prompt. Reinstalling it hasn’t worked.

I’ve been stuck on “whte screen” for about 3 weeks. I saw the update (white screen fix) today and thought “yay, I can finally do something”, but after the update, I am still getting stuck on whte screen. None of the tabs work (both bottom and top of screen). No matter what I click, I am stuck on a whte screen wth the circular loading symbol in the middle…but nothing loads. (Using app on an uptodate iPhone)

I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max with accessories (Apple Watch and AirPods) from Sky Mobile. The order was confirmed and the contract signed, but later I received a message saying there was an issue with the order, with no clear explanation. I contacted customer service, but the representative could not explain the problem or offer any alternatives (different colour or storage). I was simply told they couldn’t say anything. Sky deducted £36 upfront and delivered nothing in return. This was a waste of time and shows very poor customer service. I will not be using Sky again.

I have not been able to use Talk Shield for 2 months. The app says there is a problem and you are working on it but this has been over 2 months now so any idea when it will be fixed??

The app keeps telling me I have a problem with my broadband. It’s only been happening since I changed to full fibre 500. ( Nov 20th ) It constantly only shows 80 as the daily speed. Apps have been running slower. I spoke to someone about it over the phone at sky and was reassured everything is running fine. It showed 515 as the speed for one day after that and since then back to showing 80 and red flags saying there is an issue. Either the app needs an update to fix this problem or I’m getting mugged off with paying extra for something that isn’t working.

Rubbish! Since the most recent updates I’m often just getting a blank white screen when in the VIP rewards section. So frustrating!

Engineer never showed to install internet. Called 5 times to ask when he would be coming and you straight up refused to give me an installation date all 5 times. I have no idea what’s going on here. Update. 1 week later still no install date after no show from engineer when I call to ask why I get typical scripted responses and straight up lies being told I would get calls back, bills suspended etc. everything you’ve told me so far has been a lie. probably the worst customer support I’ve ever received.
