I love being able to browse my local store’s flyer and my scene card deals in the same place. They used to have a feature where you could click on a flyer item and it would circle it and add it to your list. Now, it reroutes you to the product page where you have to click 3 times, just to be booted back to the top of the flyer.

I can’t select my local “Chalo” store even though it is shown in the list of store locations, so can’t get my local store flyer to add items to the shopping list, I’m like the shopping list feature, but I can do this in other apps that have all the local flyers in one app. So I am basically using this app only for the scene points. If you fix the local store selection problem, I would use the app more.

The new version of the app has a major flaw. Not once, but twice I was forced to update the app to the app when I have been shopping at the FreshCo store. When I open the FreshCo app I was greeted with a “update app” pop up. There’s no way to get rid of the pop up. Tried closing/reopening app and pop up still in the middle of the screen so you can’t use the app unless you update it first. So, can you please do something about this so that when people are shopping at FreshCo and NOT CONNECTED TO WIFI, they’re not forced to update the app and use their DATA to update just so they can use the app!?! I update all my apps on a daily basis when I’m at home and connected to wifi. But, the FreshCo app wants you to update when you’re in the store shopping and so you use your data. That’s twice now. Not a coincidence. No other app requests an update when I’m NOT connected to wifi.

Hate how the new list works. I have items that I buy regularly (not every week) but they are not in the product search (favourite items not there). Means that every week I have to manually add to the list (custom item)… means lots of typing every week making the list. I liked how the old list worked.. I could check off when I got them then next week uncheck items to be back on list. List management was lot easier before.. now it’s a nightmare. Though I do like the number of items can be set. It would held to have custom favourite items… not from search as a favourite!!! I prefer the “check box” when I get the item… with this list I have to reduce count to “0” before it’s off the list. May go back to using iPhones list?

Have you heard of user research? Try it! Because if you did, you would have found out that this new update (although the app needed updating) is not what the users need. The app was working better before the latest update. But it’s now slower to load images. I don’t have time to wait for a slow app! Also whose idea was it to add more clicks???? That’s the dumbest move ever! When every other app and website is striving to reduce clicks for the user, you go ahead and add them 🤯 In the pre-update app I could just click on the image and it would be added to my grocery list. I understand the need to show more info of a product but don’t make me click more if all I want to do it to add the item to my shopping list. Also the circle added on the flyer was a great visual indicator that showed me at one glance which sale items I need to buy before the sale ends. But now that circle has disappeared. The look and feel of the shopping list is not as good and quick for the user. Why did you go after making things more complicated for the user , by making things look fancier and adding more clicks? Function is always more important than Bella and whistles. If my shopping cart items are not clickable, then i won’t be able to see them on the flyer to see if the items are on sale. For fix that, don’t go after making your app look pretty. Do you even read comments here? If you did, you would have not released the new update the way it is today.

Both the old and just newly “refreshed” versions of your app are convoluted messes. And no I don’t want to waste time calling a phone number for support. Clearly the reviews here show a pattern that your system doesn’t work for many people. Actually make a functional app. But too late for me. I’m deleting.

I purchased an item on my offers list for 250pts but never received the points. Have to talk to a live agent as opposed to having a feature on the app for an inquiry into missing points ugh.
