This app has bugs/ technical issues. I know how I have in my account and it says that I’m over the amount. Then I delete several items and it tells me to add another payment method. It doesn’t make any sense. Everything worked perfectly fine when it was going only through one app and that was the united benefits app alone

Some products do not say they are out of stock and is very difficult to place the order. Which is very upsetting.

I love it because they keep everything protected from online and stuff for nobody won’t go inside and mess with your benefits you could come online and look at your benefits. Anytime you want to. So far, I have been no problems.

Every time I go to use the OTC benefits I use the UPC scan function in the Healthy Benefits Plus app and every time I get to the register I have products that scan as qualified be rejected at the register. These benefits are more frustrating than they are worth. Please get the UPS scan database in sync with the retailer back office systems or just reduce my premiums for this worthless benefit. I’ll use my own $160 to buy what I want when I need it .vs being told what to buy and be limited to $40 per quarter. Plus, if I do not need anything, I can go to a Browns game and enjoy a beer or two! Please get these databases in sync!

There are some sincere idiots programming apps these days and this is one perfect example. It’s really not that difficult you just have to hire people who have talent and care about their timely work. It’s probably done outside the USA and the only time there is a response on here is thank you. Responses are canned and some years old. Too bad we can’t know who has our HIPPA and personal information and can’t program an app. They are technologically illiterate. But it’s time for open enrollment so the insurance company’s you work for will lose many due to this and likely change to a service who can do it right and cares. You clearly don’t. Stop the fake positive reviews!

Since the newest update, nothing will scan. Even items I bought before the update won’t scan. It’s the worst timing for this to not work. I have a balance that needs to be spent before the end of the year.
