You must submit an online application at S3MerchantLink.com in order to qualify and access the S3 Merchant Link mobile app. With the S3 Merchant Link mobile app, you can access the S3 retailer network to process S3 transactions for program members who receive benefits to spend on qualifying items including non-prescription OTC drugs and health-related items like antacids, cough drops, first aid supplies, pain relief, vitamins and more!
With S3 Merchant Link, you can:
Scan S3 cards to conduct balance inquiries and purchases for qualifying items.
Scan UPC barcodes to identify qualifying items.
Access settlement reporting and view transaction history.
Email receipts to S3 members for completed transactions.
Capture receipt images for completed transaction.
Access the S3 Merchant Link web portal to view and manage your merchant profile including store locations and mobile app user access.
