Literally such a bad app design, it crashes, takes your money, good luck ordering a coffee xx Also don’t buy gift cards !!! They take your balance randomly and also once your card reaches below the price of a coffee, you’ll need to top up to use it. So sometimes there might be about $5, but can’t use it until you get another gift card. Developers were so so lazy

The sign up function doesn't working at all. Always showing error everytime trying to sign up, and there's no chance for me to join. Deleted

The star collection is not accurate, it won’t go up even though I purchase. The shop tells me a different number. Can’t top up money. Can’t see previous rewards, active/redeemed/expired… Very very frustrating every time I open the app. Also used to crash a lot and won’t open.

Dear Developers! What's the point of this app when the whole login function is broken? It's an absolutely frustrating experience for the end user to go through while craving for a coffee. About a few weeks ago it kept asking me to log in. It no longer remembered my login details. And I have saved my password in the vault and I know for sure it works. Yet it kept saying incorrect password. And now I have reset it over 5 times and each time your app keeps giving this ridiculous error. I even tried to create a brand new account with new details - that gives an error too. What's even shameful is that this occurs on your web too! Seeiously! How long does it take you guys to fix this error? It's so unprofessional for a well renowned brand to have such silly bugs! I can't even place an order as a guest. Cause it asks for my mobile number and detects I have an account linked to this mobile and asks me to login. And when I do it gives this error. Takes me round and round in a never ending loop. This app has become a game of password resets and does zero job in getting your coffee orders across. Absolute shame! Please provide an ETA as to when will this be fixed? And I'm on the latest version as of 26/02/2025. Version: 3.1.4 And yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app too. Nothing works!!

Honestly I would fire the entire coding team who wrote the app, and start fresh. The amount of issues this app is astounding. I haven’t been able to see reward level properly, the app crashes whenever I try to access any items in settings… I use the latest iPhone and iOS, I have power cycled phone as well as uninstalled and reinstalled yet still remains. For a company that turns over millions and millions in profit - this is not acceptable! I’m sure your idiot in chief can sacrifice some of his overinflated bonus to fix something that is easily fixable

Firstly, it takes a lot of time just to get started. If you have luck on your side and you’re in, as usual we are asked to create an account. After putting all the details and verifying things, it throws an error at the last step. Overall, felt the process a very time consuming and all for nothing. Surely disappointing seeing one of the biggest companies struggling to get a functional application.

Never know which day it’s going to work and which days it won’t. Often my pre loaded Starbucks card works and then when it doesn’t I resort to Apple Pay but again this is hit and miss.
