- เลือกสถานะกำลังรักษา กดเพิ่มผู้ป่วยจะค้นได้เฉพาะผู้ป่วยที่กำลังรักษาอยู่
- เลือกสถานะจำหน่าย กดเพิ่มผู้ป่วยจะค้นได้เฉพาะผู้ป่วยที่จำหน่ายแล้วตามวันที่เลือกไว้
- กรณีที่จำหน่ายวันนี้ ตอนเพิ่มผู้ป่วยจะเป็นสถานะจำหน่าย
- กรณีที่ผู้ป่วยที่มีหลายan ตอนเพิ่มผู้ป่วยจะเอาanตามวันที่จำหน่าย
