Its already 2025 this app still using traditional way to login. Wasting of time, R.I.P apple Face ID function.

Keep signing out for no reason. Once you minimise the app, you’re required to login again. No Face ID login! Super annoying! Not worth the trouble, direct competitor like MoneyMatch, BigPay or Wise have app working correctly!

It logs out automatically in short time and have to enter email ID, passwords and I am not robot game. It’s time taking, inefficient and annoying. Even many banking apps have moved to biometric login now. I hope you can come up with an update enabling Face ID login. Rest of the functions are smooth in the app, hence 3 stars.. I wish to change it to 5 soon.

Troublesome app. Can you enable Face ID? It’s so annoying having need to type in login and password every time and captcha!

The app frequently logs me out after a short period of inactivity, and sometimes even when I minimize the app to retrieve an OTP. Many users have raised this concern, but the developer often attributes it to security. I've found that other remittance and banking apps don't impose similar restrictions. Additionally, when I reconnect, the alert message claims I'm already logged in, indicating a session handling issue. Another issue is that when checking the conversion rate, the app defaults to AUD every time. It would be more user-friendly if it remembered my default currency or at least the last used currency. Furthermore, when entering the amount, it always starts from 0.00, making it inconvenient for users. Using the phone's locking system for login would be more convenient than repeatedly entering a username, password, and captcha.

Tried to register many times but keep showed failed to update details. Have been trying to key in info many many times and keep repeating the same steps but still fail. Pls fix it.

In this almost borderless world we are living in, many oppurtunity and trade across the world happens, and trading is what creates happiness, people do their best at their what they do and trade their solution across helping each other out. The same I believe in currency, shall be going the same direction as well to facilitate it to happen, Thanks to innovative Fintech solution for this and we are able to enjoy this at keeping handling fee to a minimal affordable rate on top of conventional solution of banking offers. Overall the result is rewarding once pass through the onboarding which can be further modernise on the UI/UX in future, which I believe a great start at having an initial most value fee nationwide is, Appreciate the helpful Customer Service Team to offer genuine help across the progress of navigating through the onboarding flow which I definately has faith the the Group to move further polishing it to be ever friendlier. Till then, this is a solution that delivers it's promise and practical at a most value rate in the market as of writing now. Give it a try if you value supporting a growth of something even greater upcoming, as of now upon succesive onboard and first transaction, things has been speedy and promising. Thank you and take care.

When ever I open the app it’s asking me to login again with all the steps. I’m using iPhone 11 OS 14.4. Please fix this ASAP.
