Every goddam nickname gone

Had 3 cameras now, first worked well for 3 - 4 months or so then lost wifi connection, eventually this was impossible to reconnect and it was replaced by retailer but had exactly the same experience and eventually impossible to reconnect even with tech guys helping online. Sent back to Swann an they replaced with a 3rd reconditioned model which, if wifi is stopped for some reason will, at the moment reconnect although did go haywire one time alerting me every minute or so. Disconnected, deleted app and downloaded and restarted and seemed OK. It worked reasonably well for a time but the last few months have been disastrous. No live view for a long time and now app has been continually crashing each time one attempts to view video!!! This happens on older mini iPad and also new iPad Pro.As I say, totally unimpressed.

App crashes on iPad. Message on iPhone says ‘You must be on Wi-Fi to add Camera.’ OMG! Will it be more months until this is fixed?

Had been getting message since February that they were aware of problem with preview a d live camera and would fix it shortly. Finally an update appeared 5 days ago, installed it, now every time you click on anything, camera, events, etc, app flashes the picture and closes on iPad which is all up to date. Good grief

4 days ago you released and app updated next to a cameras update as well. But now my cameras has no sound at all only noice. I believe that’s a very important issue.

No live view for months. Now with latest update it crashes when trying to open live view on iPad. This is even worse then before! Is Swann doing this on purpose to see how low a rating it can achieve on the App store?

So for months there has been no live streaming for my cameras available but a note saying it’s being worked on. Now an update is released suggesting that’s been fixed. But no. The app now crashes the moment you try to do anything in it. Completely useless. If I could, I’d give it 0 stars.

Update 9th April 2021: The long awaited update (v3.0.99) to fix the liveview issue - what a disaster! Whilst liveview now works on iPhone it is a complete disaster on ipad pro 12.9" !! App crashes when try to access camera tab and also crashes when trying to play an event! TOTALLY USELESS! Does nobody test the app before releasing these updates?? Update: It is now 3 months since Liveview stopped working (known issue) and still no app update! This is even more appalling than the usual poor technical support from Swann. GET IT SORTED! Using ipad pro 12.9" - Yet again another disastrous 'update' (v3.0.87). Not only does liveview and associated thumbnails not work (which didn't work on the previous version either) but the home screen does not display correctly either (three thumbnails squashed over to the left) and when viewing an event the video does not display full screen in landscape format leaving a big black border. Even worse when playing an event in portrait format as the screen is all broken up with a big black rectangle at the bottom and various icons all jumbled up. Formatting of thumbnails on the events screen has also changed, for the worst, with 4 in a row in landscape mode (was 3 before) but only 2 poorly formatted in portrait mode. How on earth did this version get released into the wild??
