Super si vous voulez avoir votre argent bloqué sans être prévenu. Ils bloquent tout votre compte. On vous demande de tout justifier. Malheureusement je n’ai pas fait de recherche avant, mais c’est commun avec cet établissement!!! Yuh et Swissquote à éviter du coup!

Buongiorno a tutti, riporto la mia esperienza che purtroppo non è per nulla positiva. Ho scaricato app ed effettuato la procedura per l apertura del conto; dopo qualche giorno stranito dalla visualizzazione nell’ app di account non accessibile contatto il supporto che mi rassicura: è tutto a posto non mancano documenti c e’ solo molta richiesta e ci vorrà qualche giorno… il tempo passa e le chiamate al supporto si sono susseguite con la solita riposta.. ci vuole il tempo ma apriamo un ticket… poi un altro poi un altro..dopo più di 10 telefonate e rassicurazioni delle operatrici dal 26 maggio ad oggi la situazione non è cambiata. Ultima telefonata mi consiglia di chiudere il conto e in un giorno si cancellerà tutto e potrò rieffettuare l iscrizione ..conclusione passata in altra settimana ma ad oggi 14 Luglio sono ancora nella stessa situazione. La domanda è: ma se avessi davvero bisogno per problemi con bonifici investi menti o altro… ?? Rieccomi dopo qualche mese, ma la soluzione per aprire un conto Yuh si è rivelata la medesima per più volte; la faccio breve da Aprile sto cercando di aprire un conto corrente ma dopo 4 volte che effettuo un bonifico per l’apertura, ricevo la conferma via email che è stato ricevuto e che a breve avrei finalmente avuto il conto…nulla da fare… mi trovo tutto annullato. Inutile chiamare l’assistenza piu’ di 40 minuti di attesa per poi se sei fortunato ti rispondono ma senza dare informazioni e motivazioni “ aspetti una settimana e riprovi, ci sono molte richieste abbia pazienza”. Direi che la pazienza è finita…nessuna spiegazione del perché, né al telefono né scritta; mi rassegno ma non posso che constatare che non si sono comportato in modo serio e professionale ma non una sola volta … da mesi. Direi esperienza piu’ che negativa e continuo a pensare … ma se avessi veramente problemi con transazioni o bonifici? Ma…. Deluso piu’ che mai. Recensione negativa.

Wäre cool wenn man im Depot Gruppen erstellen könnte. Damit man in der laufenden Übersicht z.B die langfristigen Dividendenaktien ausblenden könnte.

Impossible de finaliser une ouverture de compte ni même d’effacer mes données , mensonge ( comment peuvent ils retrouver les demandes précédentes s’ils ont supprimé mes données ), contradiction.. Voilà le courrier qui vous a été adressé. Objet : Exercice du droit à l’effacement – Article 17 RGPD / nLPD Bonjour, Je vous adresse la présente afin d’exercer formellement mon droit à l’effacement de l’ensemble de mes données personnelles, conformément : • à l’article 17 du Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données (RGPD), • ainsi qu’aux dispositions de la Loi fédérale suisse sur la protection des données (nLPD). À ce jour, il apparaît que toutes mes données n’ont pas été intégralement supprimées. Je vous demande donc de procéder sans délai à l’effacement définitif de toutes les informations me concernant, incluant notamment : • Données collectées lors de l’ouverture ou de la tentative d’ouverture de compte • Informations enregistrées dans vos systèmes KYC / AML • Logs, historiques, correspondances et tickets internes • Données stockées dans l’application, sur vos serveurs ou auprès de tout tiers et sous-traitant lié à votre activité Je vous remercie également de me transmettre une confirmation écrite incluant les éléments suivants : 1️⃣ Confirmation de la suppression totale de l’ensemble de mes données personnelles 2️⃣ La liste des catégories de données effacées 3️⃣ L’identification des sous-traitants sollicités pour l’effacement 4️⃣ La date de clôture définitive du traitement de ma demande Je rappelle que le RGPD impose un délai maximum de 30 jours pour traiter une telle demande. Erst wird die Unterstützung für Graphene OS eingestellt (warum auch immer), nun ist YUH auch auf etwas älteren IPhones nicht mehr zu nutzen. Man wird quasi gezwungen, umzustellen. Mit Sicherheitsaspekten bin ich da nicht zu überzeugen, gerade was Graphene angeht: ich nutze einige Bankapps, aber nur YUH macht immer wieder diese Probleme!

Etwas peinlich wenn eine Schweizer Bank App total falsche Deutsch Übersetzungen hat wie Kündigen statt Abbrechen etc. Vorallem nach dem Kassensturz Beitrag Update 08.12.25 Immer wieder gibt es technische Schwierigkeiten bei Yuh so funktioniert aktuel der Aktivierungslink nicht deshalb das neue Smartphone nicht aktiviert werden kann. Je länger ich Kunde bin desto mehr sinkt mein Vertrauen.

Ich bin seit über einem Jahr zufrieden Kunde, bis letzte Woche. Plötzlich konnte ich nicht mehr einloggen. Der Support erkannte das Problem und arbeite daran. Bis es eine Lösung gibt, muss ich warten und habe keinen Zugriff. Eine Alternative gibt es nicht. Wie lange das dauert? Kann man nicht sagen. Ich kann jetzt keine Rechnungen zahlen, Überweisungen machen oder mein Portfolio verwalten. Absoluter Worst Case. Gerade wenn man auch Kryptowährungen anbietet, muss einen raschen Zugriff gewährleistet sein - für mich ein absolutes No-Go!
