Had TMobile Fiber for a month now. Still not able to connect to the router thru the app. Terrible app! Standing next to the router doesn’t help!

You can’t see your bill or pay it on this app so it’s kinda pointless

T-Mobile Fiber is great but the app is not operational and should not be deployed for general use. The set up is seemingly straightforward however inevitably results in an error message and states to make sure you have the latest version. Love T-mobile Fiber, strongly dislike this application.

The app has not real management of the network outside of devices connected. The network test does not work and it does a terrible job and naming my devices that are connected

The app has to many screw up I wanted to disconnect the service but I’m unable can’t call try chatting all it says sign into your acct but still can’t cut the service off

The first day something happened to disconnect us, the next day they replaced the router. Internet works now, but the app doesn’t do anything. We went through the “replacement“ settings several times, it gave an error, saying make sure the app was up to date. Yesterday when the app worked, it was really slow as it spun and spun.

T-Mobile Fiber is amazing. This app, not so much. It is horrendously slow. It times out. A lot. Has the potential to be good but that requires investing in app devs that know what they’re doing. This is a reskin of the Calix app so yeah. It’s just bad.

This app is terrible and is in need of being updated severely. Full of errors and very slow.

Very difficult app to use. Continually tells you that it cannot connect and to make sure app is updated. That makes modifying internet access for your devices impossible. Close the app, reload, wait 30 seconds, pop-up error, rage, repeat, good luck…
