Système très simple à installer et fiable. L’application fonctionne très bien et est simple l’utilisation. Un point d’amélioration, il est indispensable de pouvoir gérer deux domiciles et pas un seul.

3 months in review: So apart from all the terrible in-app nagging to buy an AI Subscription (I haven’t), all it’s done is prove that an ‘intelligent’ subscription will raise your heating bills. If you’re trying to cut costs and save energy don’t bother looking here. Radio has an Air Comfort panel which shows you the air temperature and humidity in each room. Government, energy companies, energy charities etc all tell you to turn down the heating in rooms you don’t use, as you’re just wasting energy. They also advise to turn heating down at night as you sleep better in a cooler room rather than a sauna. A properly clothed person should be comfortable in a room heated to 18 / 19 degrees. Unfortunately, Tado is under the strict ‘one rule applies at all times’ idea that every room in your house should be at 21 degrees at all times!! This is regardless of occupancy or time of day. So it always reports that ‘It’s getting a bit cold in here’….. NO!!! It isn’t!! There’s no one in that room to care. It really is a badly designed system and if you were to stump up to let them run it ‘intelligently’ for you, you’ll be a paying a whole lot more than necessary. As a remotely controlled system via an app it’s fine but otherwise ignore the unnecessary ‘fluff’ around the AI bandwagon they’ve decided to jump on, it really is pointless. Original review: The app now has got even more ‘naggy’ with a banner on the Settings’ Page now! I have NO interest in AI controlling my hearing, NOR to be geotracked everywhere I go just so a radiator will come on!!! I know it’s only £30 and affordable but I DON’T WANT to pay for my heating to be controlled by a computer, whilst also being tracked everywhere, with the privacy issues this creates…. Please, just let me say no and stop pestering me every time I open the app. Oh, and while we’re at it, let me delete the pointless tiles on the homepage I’ll never use!! Terrible app design for nagging and monetising.

Pornește întruna centrala , ajunsesem să dau fals +0,5 doar ca să aman pornirea. Acum nu mai are treabă, din 5 în 5 minute pornește și se oprește. Cea mai mare greșeală acest aparat. Dacă apare update și nu e la timp cu actualizările pe toate dispozitivele riști să îți meargă în continuu. Și update uri te trezești și cu 2 într-o zi. Nu e normal ce faceți

Ich hab mir zunächst mal ein Tado Thermostat für die Fußbodenheizung gekauft und wollte nach dem Testen dann weitere dazu kaufen. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass Tado Grundfunktionen nur noch im Abo anbietet. Somit fällt ein weiterer Kauf aus. Die App ist mit ihrem ständigen Abo Aufforderungen einfach nur schrecklich. Schade.

I’ve been using Tado for a while and the hardware itself works well, but the app experience really drags it down. There’s a constant banner at the top trying to push paid features, which is annoying considering I’ve already purchased the hardware. It makes the app feel more like an advert than a control interface. Another frustration is the “Boost Heating” feature. It’s locked to 30 minutes with no option to customise the duration. This often overheats the house and ends up costing more money. A simple adjustable timer would make a big difference. Overall, the system does what it’s supposed to, but the app feels restrictive and overly focused on upselling. Three stars until these quality-of-life issues are addressed.

Fier de suivre les recommandations de 60M de consommateurs, quelle surprise de découvrir que toutes les fonctions un peu avancées d’un thermostat connecté sont derrière un paywall d’abonnement à un service d’IA. Vous voulez un historique de chauffage ? Payez, vous voulez des courbes un peu sympathiques payez ! Donc au final c’est un thermostat. Qui fait sans doute le taf mais comment évaluer la qualité de la régulation sans la moindre donnée historisée. Mon collègue dispose d’un Netatmo et ça fait juste mieux.

Every year we have the same problem, always linked to app updates. Again this winter, one thermostat drops out frequently, it’s been out of action now for 5 days. It’s been OK for 10 months then all of a sudden the app is updated and thermostats start to disconnect again and the whole system becomes unreliable. It has happened every year for 4 years I would say. Every year Tado Support painfully try to convince us to re-position the bridge as though that is the cause - it’s not. Smart features are very basic and not necessary. The cost of the subscription you would not save in reduced energy costs. The clamour to update and upsell existing customers is real.

Au niveau du SAV il n'existe qu'un chat IA. Sorti de là, "un technicien vous contactera"... et plus rien. Aucun service technique sur le câblage, aucun service commercial. Honteux !
