This app can display vehicle information of Forza Horizon 5 by UDP communication with Xbox Series X / Xbox One.
When this app detects Forza Horizon 5 (Xbox Series X / Xbox One) on the same wireless LAN, it starts UDP communication and receives telemetry data from Forza Horizon 5.
Please enable UDP telemetry in Game Settings.
