I’m forever getting kicked from the app. It’s stopping me from adding money to send messages. This app is down more than it actually works. This app sucks. Unfortunately it’s the only app that can be used to talk to my friends that are locked up at this time. But as of right now the app won’t let me add money to my account so I guess I am done.

There is a large number of messages stuck in pending status, and it routinely takes days for them to be approved. There is absolutely nothing inappropriate in these messages, nor anything that should reasonably cause them to be flagged in the first place. Because of these excessive delays, messages that are pending right now end up being completely wasted—by the time they are finally approved, the conversation has already moved on, the topic has been forgotten, or the message has had to be rewritten entirely. This creates a frustrating and unfair experience where users are effectively forced to send additional messages just to keep a conversation going. It feels less like content moderation and more like a system designed to make users spend more money due to inefficiency. When messages are delayed to the point of being useless, the value of the service is undermined. This is unacceptable, especially considering that this is a paid service. You’re not providing this service for free.

They charge exorbitant amounts of money in fees unless they have a court order not to. They charge over a dollar to send a ten second video from your phone. This is one thousand percent nothing but theft and exploitation. Now I can't add funds to the app because it's glitching, tried to go online and do it. Have you ever read their privacy policy? It tells you they need to track the websites you have been to just in case you clicked a link so that they can pay the people who had the link you clicked. I Call baloney. This is the only way to send electronic messages to a literal captive person. I am not giving them money because someone advertised the product to me. What they really use it for is investigations. Any information they collect from you is made readily available to whatever agency they want to give it to. That isn't okay and we already know not just any cop and not just any agency can be trusted but here they are just violating our privacy and selling our information. That would be one thing if it was optional to choose this means of communication over another, but it isn't, in this day and age, we do need electronic messaging and we are forced to violate ourselves just to help a loved one. that is so incredibly wrong to force people to let them sell your browsing history to the police just to talk to someone you care about. i wasted over an hour today trying to pay online on the website but of course it doesn't work with privacy protections. this app is evil this is a violation and i hate it.

App is great when it actually works. Doesn’t alert when you get messages, freezes constantly, video calls are about pointless, message about inactive accounts takes over screen and have to back all the way out of the app and start over. Please fix!

i had to make a new account and when i did i stopped getting notifications! and even before they were silent notifications even after making sure all my settings were on they were silent and now that i made a new account i don’t get anything at all!! and this is a new phone so it doesn’t make sense AND it’s ridiculous that i always have to remember to check to see if i get a message. there needs to be a lot of little things fixed smh

The app is beyond glitchy. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and problematic! Never was able to verify my ID so I’m not sure how that will affect my account. Now there’s no where to rectify the issue. Sent a message and it says pending for 2 days! Please fix!
