Update: you don’t get credit for all of the digital coupons, even if you follow the terms to the letter. Seems fraudulent. Not okay to take advantage of us when grocery prices are growing and growing. I don’t like the update. I thought it would be smoother and easier, but instead it’s very buggy. It’s laggy. It’s a pain to go through coupons b/c it’s impossible to smoothly go back to where you were on the coupon page. The cart is gone from the bottom, which is just a stupid idea. Bring back the old app. Don’t make changes just to say you did. And if you do, don’t use the Acme Budget App Making Corporation.

The list function doesn’t work. It’s so inconvenient to use now that I will stop shopping at Smiths and go shop somewhere where the tools work properly.

Unfortunately I think I will need to stop using this app after years of loyal use. It’s become useless for list making. I’m finding it really difficult to use the app after the redesign. I am relatively young and use technology all the time, so this isn’t an issue of struggling with technology. My issue is that there isn’t really an easy way to make a list anymore! I don’t want to make a cart for pickup, I don’t want to place an order for delivery. I want to make my list, then go to the store and use my list by aisle. But now, in order to add anything to my list I need to search for the item, then add one of it to my list (because you can only add one!), and then FINALLY go back to my list to adjust the quantity! All just to add something to my shopping list! It’s absolutely infuriating that there isn’t a list-building mode or anything like that. Setting it to in-store shopping doesn’t really change anything, it still prompts you to add to cart for pickup rather than make a list. It’s just infuriating that I now have to find a new app after years of using this one, because this one feature has made this app take more time and effort than it’s worth. Please fix this so I don’t have to change apps!

The update is terrible. You are no longer able to click on the item’s picture and zoom in. Please correct this!! Also, the search box used to be at the top of each page & now it’s not as user friendly. Please change this back.

I use this app multiple times a week to shop at Smith’s. Since recent changes, it has become so hard to navigate! Adding things to a list should be the default option, but for some reason it goes to a “cart”. You have to find the tiny “list” icon to get it in the right place. You can’t shop from the list, and I rarely choose pickup, so why do I have to work so hard to shop in the store? Then if you do actually make it to your list, and you’re shopping in the store, heaven forbid you actually want to add something to your list or check your coupons. There’s no search function in the list anymore to look for items. There’s no barcode scanner to check an item’s price in store. You have to back out of the list all the way to the beginning to add anything, try to find the hidden scanner, or check your coupons. And then checking your coupons is almost impossible too. Want to pay with Kroger Pay? Good luck figuring it out. I’m not someone who struggles with technology, but I feel like my grandmother trying to figure out SnapChat at this point. I don’t know who okayed this rollout, but this is absolutely the worst, least intuitive, not user-friendly app I’ve used in a long time. It’s making every part of the shopping experience so much harder. Please scrap the changes and go back to the app that worked for all of us. **Update—On top of the awful search function, when you add an item to your list while searching, you are allowed to add exactly one item. If I need two loaves of bread, I have to search for it, add one to the list, then go to the list, scroll to find the bread, and then I can change the quantity. Who created this nonsense??

What used to be a simple app to use becomes a cluster. Can’t find your coupons , resets everytime you browse from coupons to shopping. I shop at smiths weekly and this is just horrific.

Tried several times to sign in and its showing a AM2505 glitch, i can sign in by website but not in the app, also i already deleted my cache and uninstall and reinstall the app

With each update, this app gets worse. They’re hurting hard to keep people out of their stores by focusing on pickup and delivery, burying the list function in favor of a cart. (I’ve watched the pickers in the store. There’s NO WAY I’ll use those services) You can’t even add anything to a list from the print view of the weekly ad, the only thing I look at. The breakup of deals and coupons scrolling horizontally and vertically is stupid. I’m left thinking the app is designed by some head honcho’s niece or nephew who’s taking a class. They get a D+.

How awful. Good luck putting anything on your grocery list. Good luck finding your grocery list once it’s made. This was once a great app. Now it’s almost useless
