Who signed off on this being good to go? Looks and feels and behaves like it was developed by a 5 year old. How much tax payers money was spent on this? Shoddy - poor - worst app I’ve ever had on my phone.

Why has this app not been updated. On my iPad it’s way better. Same app but different layout. U can’t review your tablets. On this one no way to text the docs it really needs an update. Or get rid

It has changed and can’t find anything on it now. All a muddle. Cannot order medicines. Why does no one warn us and give instructions?

My GP’s receptionist said I must get this app. I’ve never been able to get in to site using it, despite much much time spent trying. The receptionist obviously has no clue how it actually works. She keeps changing my password and re-sending me my username along with new password. Then it tells me I must change my password, which I do. It doesn’t recognise the one I changed it to, nor any of those it’s been changed to by the receptionist. So much for my using “services”.

This app promises so much and delivers absolutely nothing. It is the biggest waste of space. It continually refuses to log you in saying unable to connect time and time again. Seriously; save yourself the stress and just don’t bother.

When I book appointments I don’t know if the doctor will call me for consultation or if the appointment is face to face. When booking an appointment it should say what type of appointment I’m booking. Update asap!

the worst is the lack of notification. How do I know that the doctor has marked an appointment in the calendar if the application does not notify me about it. not everyone doom to the application several times a day

I’ve NEVER managed to book a GP appt using this app. I can’t get any functionality - look at current medications/test results unless I have contacted the surgery first. Given that I try to avoid going to the GP, (it is rare for me to require an appt) BUT when I want to book one, I can’t. I end up phoning the surgery (who don’t seem surprised when I say I have failed to get the app to work). Why waste our time with this useless and pathetic app?????
