This app used to be simple and great. They’ve now completely changed the UI for each recent update, and it’s gotten to a point where it’s just unusable. I no longer have a straightforward way to search up new restaurants, besides from a list of places sorted by distance from my location. Bring back the simple app! We DON’T need an entire tab dedicated to our “Wallet” that nobody will ever check — there’s already a “Rewards” tab which isn’t great, but it at least shows slightly more valuable information.

I ordered from a restaurant, not 2 miles from me as is Sunday and I wanted to stay home. Decided to try local buy toast and low and behold local for them means let’s not update the order to say that the food is made but instead, let’s make this gentleman wait 2+ hours a cold meal never using the app again delete it Customer service will not help you. AT ALL

The coffee is always perfectly made and consistent every time tastes the same no matter who makes it but the best is the people-they have the best staff top to bottom they make my day 🤩

The past 5 times I’ve used this app the order arrived incorrect, incredibly late, or not at all. There is no customer service to contact so they put all responsibility on the restaurants, drivers, an third party delivery apps making it hard to understand who or what went wrong. I will not be using this app again and I warn others stay away.

It was fine on my old phone but since I have upgraded it will NOT allow me to sign in- which makes it useless

Cannot open the app since the last 2 updates. Customer service is useless.

This app asks for feedback like every 2 weeks. It doesn’t matter if you give it positive or negative feedback, it just constantly wants more feedback and it eventually gets annoying.
