I suggest caution against this Telco. I experienced network connectivity issues in my office, and most times there is barely any 5G. Network is always on 4G/LTE. I tried the overseas roaming & it was intermittent at best. When I attempted to port out to another telco, SIMBA suspended my account & made the entire process extremely painful & long. I’m still trying to resolve the issue and will be submitting a complaint to IMDA & the Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE).

Currently app only allows login via sms otp. We need other means of login, email otp or password if sms otp is not working. Coverage is acceptable in my area (west of SG). Not so good in basement of malls.

Poor network for days and only email support that takes days to reply. Asking if I’m at the lobby or toilet instead of fixing the issue — seriously? For a telco, you should know people need to stay connected and a hotline for real support is most important.

Extremely disappointed with SIMBA’s service and support. While overseas, my SIM card became locked after trying multiple times to reconnect to the network for internet access — something that should not have caused a SIM lock in the first place. Once locked, I was unable to receive OTPs or access my account to retrieve the PUK code. I reached out via email and Messenger, but there was no response at all. It is unacceptable that there is no direct or urgent support channel for customers facing service loss, especially for those traveling abroad who rely on connectivity. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely avoidable with proper customer support. SIMBA seriously needs to improve its response time and provide reliable assistance for users outside Singapore.

Cannot find icon on monitor with other telcos like SingTel, M1, StarHub, etc

It is super frustrating and helpless when the loading page shows and totally lost connection with others. Can’t even check the google map!

Live in sengkang for 8 yrs. my 2nd line. It’s always one or 2 bars; searching/ loading. Emailed CS, they replied didn’t deny that their network is bad, they are in the midst of upgrading but no compensation for all these months lost of use. I have 2 lines with simba which I totally regret porting over. If I can don’t think they deserve any star.

Worse telco ever for data. Always have to rely on wifi in most places no reception . Think before you sign up even if its free. Why is this company still available
