The app lacks basic functionality for emergency situations. 1) when opening the app, in an emergency, one has to dwell on the marketing page when it opens rather than going to the “I require assistance NOW button” 2) Every time the app is opened it request permission to access one’s location and wastes precious time. 3) then one has to push a button to activate for help. 4) I wanted to use the app for assistance in the event of vehicle hijacking. I need voice activation as my hands would be on the steering wheel and I do not want the hassle of marketing material and phone location approvals before triggering the help response. The app does not have this functionality.

I’ve had my fair share of tracking services—but Tracker Connect’s app is by far the worst. The app barely works—constant crashes, delayed alerts (sometimes over 10 minutes late), and login/OTP failures make it nearly unusable. Suddenly, core features disappear unless you pay more, and navigation glitches (like unread message counters that lead nowhere) just add insult to injury. When I tried to reach support, I was on hold for over an hour across multiple calls, only to be given incorrect information. And don’t get me started on billing—they charge you sneakily, make it nearly impossible to cancel, and updates to basic fee structures (like transferring devices) happen without notice. Based on how they skew customer experience and drain trust, I strongly discourage using their service.
