Swap Number Ten is an addictive puzzle game with just swap the block to make Number Ten (2+8, 3+7...etc). This can help kid to learn make number Ten mentally.
Make Ten strategy is a important strategy for learning addition and subtraction. Your kids learn "Friends of Ten" and they learn all the combinations that make TEN (such as 2+8, 3+7....etc). When they learn addition, they can apply the knowledge in this strategy (such as 8+4 = 8 + 2 + 2). They decompose one of the addends to make a ten from the other.
When they learn subtraction, they can also apply this strategy to change subtraction to addition (such as 14-9 = 10 - 9 + 4) They decompose one of the subtrahend to make a ten to speed up the subtraction and add the another one of subtrahend.
