I was enjoying this game but for the past three days when I’m trying to play when I push the go button to play it just freezes and someone off the streets just walks in the house and just walk around and it won’t let me do anything and I’m scared to install it because I might lose everything and my progress so I’m trying to figure out what I need to do to fix it. I tried to reset my device, I even looked to see if it needed updated and it don’t so can anyone tell me if they’re having the same issue and what I can do to fix it?

I am on level 935 and I can't unlock the house that says you have to reach 720 stars. Please fix this I really like this game and want to keep progressing in it.

I am enjoying the game, however I have unlocked ‘Let’s be Friends’ and ‘Pack your Bags’ but there has been no option to play these in the game. I did an update a few days ago which allowed me to play ‘Growing Fast’ (I had the same issue that I had unlocked it but couldn’t play it) so hopefully there will be another update soon to allow me to continue with the game. Items keeps disappearing off the kitchen sides, the only way I can make them reappear is to click on the kitchen unit as if I am going to move it and then click off it again. I played ‘Family Grows’ and once the baby appeared I was able to give it a name, once the baby grew to a child it was given a different name and there is no option to change it, there is no option to choose gender of the baby/child either.

this game is sooo great and so amazing to have since were boycotting sims bc of buyout, and little to no ads its genuinely one of my fav phone games now

I have had to uninstall and reinstall this game 4 times. I’ve lost around $40 from topping up 3 times only to have the game suddenly freeze on me and then can’t play. So uninstall , re download at a $loss of the 3 bundles I purchased.

Hi it seems like ever since the update there have been multiple issues. My coffee maker & microwave disappear then reappear. It used to ask me different questions, but I’ve been getting the same ones now .. someone at the door, the dad joke, the work thing etc. Nothing is new it just keeps repeating. Also, all of a sudden the energy just went up to do things instead of it normally being 3-8 energy it’s saying 12 which is weird. It seems like multiple people are having these issues so hopefully they get it fixed.

I just wanted to know why can’t you pick your kids name and gender at first you can pick the name but when the kid gets older and becomes part of the story it does it’s own thing the kid picks up his own story line opposite the family it has a different name that you can’t even change and as far as the gender you don’t get to pick what name you would like or if you want a boy or a girl, but the name is what’s messing me up it has nothing to do with the family I don’t like that theirs no way to change it and also why is the baby that I was able to Name thrown on the side of the house just kicking that’s creepy

Starting not to like the game it’s starting to feel long a waste of time I done watch adds to purchase items and it didn’t give them to me I even paid and it took my money and didn’t give me the furniture I would like to be compensated for extra rewards

I love this game, it passes the time it’s fun to build your home(s) and watch things come together. My few complains: First- customer service NEVER answers. I deleted my game once because everything froze and the baby in the game was outside on the sidewalk emailed cs never got an answer ended up deleting thinking it would have saved my progress and when I redownloaded the game it made me start completely over. There was no way to get back to my game that I was 3 houses completely done with. Literally had to start all the way over! Second- the stories are the SAME things over and over again and now they cost double the energy to answer! Also 50 energy isn’t even enough to play for half an hour now because of everything being doubled in energy points now to answer a story. Which mind you is the only way to earn money and progress in the game. Third- everything in the house is SO expensive, but yet when you sell something you don’t need or want you don’t even get close to the money you spent to buy it so it’s not even worth selling.
