It didn’t let you log in from overseas. That’s rather unhelpful if you’re travelling for work or on holiday and you need to get access to your medical details out prescriptions. So much for a self service app that can only be used in NZ…

For an app that supports access to medical care it is clumsy hard to navigate and gives no feedback to the user Possibly selected deliberately by medical centres to cut down on patient contact because patients give up in sheer frustration Do not rate its useless.

This has been built by someone who should not be working in UX. It is unusable and has plainly never been tested in the real world. I wish the people who build this rubbish would stop and choose new careers and the people who pay them would stop.

It signed me out. I forgot my password, so i request a temporary one then sign in. I go to make a new permanent password then the app crashes. I then re-open the app and put in the temporary password i got and now the password won't work. This app is terrible. 1 Star.

Using iPhone and the boxes disappear above the heading do you can’t see what your doing and won’t let you pull back down. The code sent times out or not accepted so after 6 attempts I’ve had to give up. Pushed the help button and filled in all the details then it says it’s not set up and to contact the med centre. They are busy enough. Terrible app.

As someone who works at a medical, we have to help so many people try to use this app and everything takes 20,000 steps back a forth that the older community can’t keep up with (this new login process has cause so many headaches). The older community are the greater community who tend to need to use the app more than those who are young and fit, and they need it to be more simple!!! Manage my health was much easier to use, take a look at their system and see how you can improve here.

The current apps are already very convenient for patients, such as scheduling appointments with doctors and requesting repeat prescriptions. However, the apps do not offer the option to schedule appointments with nurses. For example, patients who need regular injections must call to make an appointment, but patients may not always be able to make phone calls. It would be great if the app could be improved in this regard.
