A number of little fixes!
- Reading plan last/next cells are now properly updated
- Fixed lectionary issue where wrong reading could be displayed (e.g. Saturday after Nativity was displaying Sunday's reading)
- App now properly returns to Morning or Evening prayers (and other "content" screens) on start-up
- Fixed a number of other "state restoration" and History issues (blank content, not scrolling to correct place, etc.)
- Fixed Footnotes crash that happened on February 13 (New Calendar)
