As we head into the final month of 2025 we’re wrapping up the year with one last release of Element Pro. Installing version 25.12 will net you the following changes:
• You can now see when messages are still sending (or failed to send) from your Chats list.
• Edited messages are properly reflected in the Chats list. No more worrying about that embarrassing typo!
• Offline detection is now lightning fast and doesn’t leave you in limbo wondering what’s going on.
• Read receipts no longer disappear when somebody changes their name.
• The app now requires iOS 18 or above.
We look forward to seeing you in 2026.

Good news everyone!
This version brings some minor but welcomed improvements:
- The notification sound is more audible
- The room list rendering has been improved
- Opening a room in an iPad will now be faster.
