Why on earth is this app 583MB? That’s more than the most used apps in the App Store. It’s just a web-based app.

I signed up for preauthorized billing thru my bank account and received confirmation from virgin plus it was set up . But then on billing date the payment was not withdrawn. I was not notified that payment had not been received and 2 wks later my data was suspended. I was stranded out of the home without calling capability. And when I returned home I couldn’t get the two step authentication code via text or call because my LTE was suspended. I had to use a neighbour’s phone to get the code and endure embarrassment at this stupid billing issue. I am very disappointed by virgin plus so far!

Même après neuf ans, je n’ai jamais eu d’appel de promotion ni de rabais sur ma facture. Au Québec, on se fait mettre dans le trou de pète une facture plus cher que le prix du lubrifiant à l’épicerie. Cordialement, le client qui n’est plus Virgin du trou de pète grâce à vous.

I wouldn’t recommend Virgin’s services to anyone unless you like to get harassed. They regularly harass me before my due dates and will even send suspension notices before I even get close to my payment due dates. It honestly seems like their company is desperate, likely going to permanently cut ties with them soon as I’m getting fed up with it.

I have 0-1 bars of service in places that all of the people around me have 3-4 bars. In the middle of town, or the edge, I have 0-2 bars of service. Outskirts of town I have 0-1, and every once in a while I get 3 bars in certain places but that is very uncommon. I’m with virgin because they’re cheap, not because they’re good. If I find a better option for cost I will take it 100%. Poor cell provider, and still $60/month.. not very good. Also, they only offer their best deals to people who aren’t a current customer. ZERO customer appreciation, they only offer good deals to rope people in and then they screw you. I tried to make my “nickname” on the review “displeased” and I tried “dissatisfied” and “unimpressed” and it says they’re already taken. Shocker

$187 in data over charges for 1 day Absolutely ridiculous And cut me off with a credit on my balance with absolutely no warning Then all day to solve the issue

Updated the app to its newest version, it constantly crashes. Doesn’t open necessary pages I need (trying to self-install internet service!!) have to wait on call with customer service instead. Pls fix the buggy app.
