In the middle of labor, the last thing you need is stress, confusion, or guesswork. That’s why we built Clyra, a simple and easy to use contraction tracker that tracks contractions for you, so you can actually focus on what really matters. Labor is intense, unpredictable, and emotional. When contractions start, so does the uncertainty, but instead of fumbling with a stopwatch or tracking your contractions manually, you can be smart and use Clyra. Not only does it track, but also keeps a record which you can share with your healthcare provider. Clyra is just a simple contraction timer, it doesn’t give you any health advice. It just allows you to simply track your contractions and intervals between them. Besides that it also gives you deep insights of your contractions based on your input. Why Clyra? ‣ One-Tap Timing: No complicated settings. Just tap to start and stop. ‣ Automatic Tracking: See contraction duration, frequency, and trends in real time. ‣ 5-1-1 Rule Alert: As per the 5-1-1 rule, if your contractions are 5 minutes apart, each contraction lasts for 1 minute, and then pattern continues for an hour, then you should visit the hospital and while recording your contractions on Clyra, you’ll get an alert if that rule is triggered. Isn’t it amazing? ‣ Intensity Level Logging: Track how strong each contraction feels to better understand your progress. ‣ Feelings Log: Track how you feel when the contraction occurs and better understand your progress. ‣ Easy Sharing: Share your contraction report to your doctor or birthing partner in 1 click. ‣ No Guesswork, No Panic – Clyra is built with medical guidelines in mind, so you get reliable insights—not just numbers. Because When the Moment Comes, Clyra Has Your Back. Download Clyra today and experience a smarter, calmer labor. As far as I can see there is no way to edit contraction length or to delete an entire entry. This makes for very inaccurate tracking because sometimes I forget to hit stop on time, especially when I’m tracking during the middle of the night when I’m half asleep. Other apps offer these abilities. The only and main thing I like about this app is that the entries are date-stamped.

I couldn’t edit any contraction when trying to move data over from another app. Tried to change the date because it was before midnight and the app crashed. Then tried to just add contractions after midnight and it wouldn’t save my changes. For an app that totes that you can edit a contraction I’m seriously disappointed.
