This saves me from having to go to the store and unloading things from my car. I deliver right to my door, which is wonderful.

I use Walmart in home/Walmart plus because I am a single mother who works full time. I don’t have time to go to the grocery store. When I get the groceries I ordered, I love this fulfillment method. However, the last few times I’ve ordered something, several things are missing from my order. Not just a few things are missing, like $25-$50 worth. This most recent order the following was missing, 2 tubs of butter, 2 large containers of yogurt, a falling of milk, a half a gallon of OJ, ramen noodles…. Now, in order to have the ingredients for smoothies for my son in the morning, I’m forced to go to Publix across the street from my house. This is getting so frustrating! And when I try to get a refund, it’s not so easy. I just want convenience and completeness!

Got my first in home delivery today and it was awesome! Juliann was so nice and careful. Very respectful of my home. I love this service!

There seems to be no in home delivery over half the time and I pay for it. I don’t want to pay for something I am not getting. I do NOT like third party drivers. They either steal my groceries or don’t show up with all of what I ordered. In home has also been doing the same thing when it is available. This needs to be fixed immediately. You have the money to hire the drivers. HIRE THEM! And stop making this difficult because I will make sure you lose customers.

Between COVID, open heart surgery and knee surgery that ended up with a staff infection, I have been unable to shop in store. We started with store pickup and moved on to W+. With my immobility, in house delivery has proven to be invaluable. Try it! You won’t be sorry!

I upgraded to In Home delivery because my groceries were being left all around and I could never find them, however, within in-home delivery the groceries are being delivered but there is a ridiculous four hour window that I get to choose from and I have to be home to receive the groceries because I live in an apartment building. Four hours at home waiting on groceries and not knowing what time they will be delivered is a waste of my time. Also, my groceries were delivered today to my door and I heard two knocks and I open the door and the delivery guy was all the way at the end of the hallway. He did not even bother making sure I was home or bringing them inside my house.

It is hard to comprehend why I would be required to return a broken sweet potato and frozen cilantro in-store. How about you allow us to post photos of return requests and you simply remove them from the cost? I mean, I’m talking about under $2. It’s not like a scam or something. Honestly… On the coattails off my recent experience of recieving the wrong order all together, while attempting to help a family member going thru chemo and show her how wonderful and helpful Walmart+ could be, then no answer (ever) at the local store only to refund the entire order via 800 customer service… I know you can and want to do better. I still believe, just a little less enthusiastically. Had to vent…
