Mehr-tanken and clever-sparen
Quickly find the cheapest gas prices for gas stations near you. We have completely redesigned the mehr-tanken app and made it more user-friendly. The new centerpiece is the draggable list above the map. This allows you to use mehr-tanken in full-screen map or list mode, or both views at the same time. The main menu is now located in the upper right corner - you can easily switch to the charging area by using the slider above the list. NEW: Use mehr-tanken in dark mode and get the current lowest price per liter in your region.
Awarded as Germany's best app in the category "refueling" by the F.A.Z Institute and top app 2021 by FOCUS-MONEY.
You need to refuel your car?
Mehr-tanken is an official partner of the Markttransparenzstelle and therefor shows live fuel prices and detailed information for all gas stations throughout Germany. In addition, there are further features:
- Flizzi recommends the optimal time for refueling, he also shows the price forecast for your region and your selected fuel type
- Create a personal list of your favorite gas stations
- A variety of sorting and filtering options (e.g. fuel, gas station brand and payment options)
- Price alert via push message
- Dark mode for night owls
- Mobile payment at participating gas stations
You´re driving an EV?
Directly in the onboarding you can choose "electricity" and select your most used charging plugs. Mehr-tanken also provides you with information on more than 30,000 charging stations throughout Germany and the following features:
- Create a personal list of your favorite gas stations
- A variety of sorting and filtering options (e.g. plug type, charging power and charging cards)
- Broken charging stations are marked in map and list
- Directly jump to your device navigation

Mehr-tanken PUR
With the PUR subscription you can use the app without banner ads, ad tracking and with faster loading time. If you want to become a PUR member, you can sign up for one of the automatically renewing subscriptions. Currently we offer these in monthly and yearly subscriptions. The payment for the subscription is handled by your iTunes account. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. Automatic renewals can be disabled in the settings of your iTunes account. To avoid renewal, this must be done at least 24 hours before the current term expires. No refunds will be issued for unused periods.
