There’s no way to customize notifications to stop the constant ads. If there is, it’s not easy to find.

I love being able to make my shopping list in the app and it being organized my aisle and section. It helps me to be able to quickly navigate through the store. I also love that it helps me keep within my budget by showing me my total. The only thing I wish was that the total price was at the top of the list instead of the bottom. Sometimes if I have a longer list, it takes couple scrolls to get to the bottom and I inadvertently will click “got it” on some items while I’m scrolling.

Over a year ago I got so fed up with the app not working (wouldn’t even let me sign in or show coupons) that I had to delete and use the website. That was all good and fine until today when the digital coupon link said “this page is no longer available”. I spoke to a store employee and they said let’s try the app again because it’s gone through a lot of revisions and now works properly. So, downloaded the app and sure enough doesn’t even allow me to sign in! Wegmans has one of the worst working apps I’ve ever encountered. So now I can’t use the app nor does the website work properly.

It’s great. When it works. Which is only occasionally. The search feature where you can sort by “my items” is nice, but the search just simply doesn’t show all the items; often I need to add a similar item just to get me in the right aisle to find why I actually want. And just today I made my whole list, and then added one final item. The entire list reset and the only item on it was that last item. So. Frustrating.

It used to be great. Then they started redesigning and improving it until it became unusable. It is hungrier for updates than my cats. It doesn't log you in automatically. I now barely use it. Select all coupons button was eliminated. Bet it was outsourced to an offshore company for development

Personally the app is horrible. The coupons are nice but the app in itself is terrible. It never works and constantly signs me out. I have been In several situations where I was stuck unable to use the coupons I needed because it signed me out. I believe it’s a bug in the app but it’s been like this for the seven months I’ve had it. My phone number never works either, which is weird because it takes the shoppers club with my phone number but doesn’t let me use the coupons.

This is probably the worst generation of this app ever. Good luck navigating this thing in under 15 minutes. Takes forever to find your shoppers club card let alone find anything else epic fail.

We love Wegmans but the app needs help. I know they don’t really do sales to the extent of competitors, nevertheless give your customers a break and add the loyalty card to Apple Wallet and provide an *easy to find* tab for sale items. I do appreciate the shopping tab that automatically arranges my shopping list according to the store’s layout, that’s a genius move that most other grocery apps fail to implement.

I miss being able to see how far my shopper is in picking up the items for my order. Since that was removed, I have no way of knowing which items they’ve grabbed so far and how long it might take them to finish. Additionally, the app is very buggy. For example, if I approved a replacement earlier and am then asked to approve another replacement later, it shows me that the first replacement I approved is no longer approved. It also takes forever to add items once an order is already placed. Overall I think the app needs additional testing to work out some of these issues.
